Jack the Drought is an All-Star of the Beasts Pirates, one of Kaido's three right-hand men, known as the Disasters, and the captain of the Mammoth. He is also currently considered as the ruler of the region of Kuri in Wano Country.
He was first briefly mentioned when being notified of Caesar Clown's capture by viewers of Caesar's broadcast of the Punk Hazard incident. Due to his actions and role, he is the main antagonist of the Zou Arc, a major antagonist in the Wano Country Arc, and is one of the central antagonists of the Yonko Saga. Jack is a man of massive stature, dwarfing his crewmates and even the very large minks Inuarashi and Nekomamushi. However, while still being immensely muscular, Jack's limbs are disproportionately small when compared to his enormous torso (though their size is greatly increased in the anime, especially his arms). He wears a metallic jaw mask that seemingly disappears when he transforms into his mammoth form, and has a pair of horns on each side of his head. His blond hair is worn in a ponytail and a pair of long braids. He wears a dark, sleeveless, feathery coat similar to Kaido with spiked pauldrons on his shoulders, circled by a belt bearing his crew's Jolly Roger.
When using Koro on the Minks, he wears a hazmat suit and wears a glass helmet around his head.
He has bloodshot orange eyes and a veined forehead. He has two piercings in his right ear, and wears spiked pauldrons on his shoulders. He carries a pair of tusks around his neck which are actually sheathes containing his scythe-like blades. His mouth contains pointed teeth but while in his mammoth form he has square teeth.
Jack is violent and short-tempered, as one of his subordinates worried how Jack would react once he learned about Caesar's downfall. He threatened to destroy an entire city should he not get what he wanted, and made good on his word, saying that it was the citizens' own fault because they did not comply. His ruthlessness extends to even attacking children and the elderly. He has even admitted that he has a love for causing destruction, even when there is no real benefit to it. Those who have witnessed Jack's personality in person describe these traits as madness.
He is also extremely sadistic, willing to torture enemies in order to get what he wants. He is barbaric and brutal to the point of hacking off limbs and creating terrible bloodshed, only ceasing his carnage when he has more urgent matters to attend to. When Jack attacked the giant elephant Zunisha, he was determined to get to its head and came up with several horrendously cruel things he and his underlings could do to kill it.
He is extremely stubborn and unreasonable. When the minks tried to tell him that Raizo was not on Zou, Jack refused to listen to or believe them, and continued to refuse when Inuarashi offered to let him search the island without any resistance to see for himself. This, along with him disregarding his crew's comment that attacking Doflamingo's convoy was dangerous, proves that he refuses to listen to logic, to the point where he actually becomes enraged when someone tries to reason with him, having no patience for civil conversations. Jack's lack of reason makes him very headstrong and reckless, as he decided to attack a convoy of four Marine ships, which were carrying powerful Marines, to rescue Doflamingo.
He is not above fighting dirty in order to achieve his goals, as he brought in Caesar's gas weapon, Koro, to annihilate Zou after the minks put up a formidable fight against his forces, simply because he was losing his patience and not because he was in any actual danger of losing. He is also strategic, and desires to use the most effective methods possible to win. Upon his return to Zou, he decided to outright kill Zunisha, the elephant carrying Zou, to destroy the country in the quickest way he could and avoid having to fight the minks again while ensuring they were finished off for good. Jack is very thorough in battle, wanting to make sure his opponents are completely annihilated and presuming that they will return to full strength otherwise. Additionally, he does not tolerate it when his subordinates fail their missions, having brutally punished Sheepshead for not finding Raizo.
Despite his brutal and sadistic tendencies, Jack has no love for mindless violence, as he became greatly concerned when Kaido went on a drunk rampage through Kuri and threatened the citizens that Jack valued as factory workers. He also acts respectfully to those who are not his enemies and have done nothing to annoy him. He can be subservient to those he acknowledges as stronger than him, such as his fellow All-Stars King and Queen, accepting insults from them and only replying with a quiet apology, or outright fearing his general Kaido.
Jack does not appear to care about titles or fame, as he got annoyed with his subordinates for boasting about his position and bounty. However, he is still prideful, as he got angry when he read the news report about his apparent death. Although Jack is normally calm and immovable, he is still capable of feeling real fear if he is vastly overpowered and left in a helpless situation. When Zunisha swung its trunk at him and his fleet in order to repel them, Jack began sweating in fear and watched the massive limb darken the sky above his fleet with his eyes bulging in panic. Jack even trembled in the face of his general Kaido.

Queen
Queen the Plague is an All-Star of the Beasts Pirates and one of Kaido's three right-hand men, the Disasters. He is also currently considered as the ruler of the region of Udon in Wano Country.
Due to his actions and role, he is a major antagonist in the Wano Country Arc. Queen is a massive man with an extremely thick build, which he claims is all muscle. His head is hunched and is, save for chin folds, undistinguished from his massive neck due to his nonexistent jawline. His face is small compared to his rotund body. Queen's eyes are covered by oval-rimmed sunglasses that instead of having temples seem strapped on by black bands, which go around his head in such a way as to form an X on his forehead; he has no visible eyebrows, a small hook nose, and a small mouth seen smoking a big cigar at all times, with lipstick making for a slightly effeminate look. Queen has eastern-looking blond hair, donning a Fu Manchu mustache whose tendrils widen as they droop to his chest, and the top of his head is entirely bald save for a thick, queue-like braid adorned with ties with a stinger-shaped end section.
A stitched scar runs across the right of his chest to his shoulder. On his upper right arm is a dark tattoo consisting of his crew's Jolly Roger above his name. Queen's left arm, up to the shoulder, is cybernetic, composed of metallic rings, bolted plating, and wiring, and has been seen covered with a dark glove. Compared to his heavyset torso, Queen's legs and feet seem disproportionally small.
Queen wears a pair of extremely large, vertically striped, and high-waisted pants that reach just below his chest. They are held up by suspenders connecting with 8-shaped clasps on the front top edge. Below are simple, dark ankle boots.
Queen is a very flamboyant man who likes to sing and dance. Being extremely dramatic, he tends to treat matters like he is in a show, as seen when he told Babanuki to make an official ranking of his issues. Due to his flair for drama, Queen is very expressive and exaggerated in showing his shock to bad news. He can be rather vain, as he proudly proclaimed his muscle and how he would be much more attractive if he was not voluntarily this large.
Like King, Queen is extremely rude and critical of his crewmates, as he was quick to deride his fellow All-Stars and call them names. He and King seem to have a mutual sense of disdain for Jack, as they are quick to gang up on him when in the same room. He also used derogatory language when addressing his subordinates in Prisoner Mine.
Queen believes that the time it takes for a battle to conclude combined with the number of fighters is what determines the level of excitement in combat. To this end, Queen is fair to some extent, allowing Luffy to fight in the Great Sumo Inferno without being restricted by the Seastone cuffs. However, his execution games are nevertheless intended to be inescapable and unwinnable. He is also willing to add sadistic rules such as keeping Kid and Kamazo submerged in water until Luffy and Hyogoro die in the ring.
Queen also has a fondness for beautiful women, as he was seen ogling a picture of Komurasaki, and he appears to frequent the Red-Light District for prostitutes. His subordinates believed that he would go berserk and take his anger out on them if he found out that Komurasaki was dead.
Queen is a glutton who is extremely fond of oshiruko, claiming it is just as important to him as the air he breathes. He is adamant in his refusal to share with anyone. When Queen does not get his daily fill of oshiruko, he becomes easily irritable and even murderous. Queen's love for oshiruko is so immense, that he is willing to fight the Yonko Big Mom to prevent her from stealing his oshiruko.
Like many other characters, Queen has his own way of laughing, "Muhahaha" Being an All-Star, Queen holds authority over the Beasts Pirates that is just below Kaido the general's. He also presides over the region of Udon in Wano Country where, chiefly, he superintends the prisoner mine; a task of him is coercing prisoners of notable strength into becoming subordinates to the Beasts Pirates. Additionally, Queen manages assassins in the crew's service, as Kyoshiro recommended contacting him when men of his family were attacked.
As his incredibly high bounty of Beli1,320,000,000[4] bespeaks, in addition to his All-Star rank, Queen is incredibly strong and considered an extreme threat to the World Government's operations.
He has a powerful will, remaining unfazed by Luffy's Haoshoku Haki. Queen has genuine respect for Luffy for his strength and reputation as a member of the Worst Generation, as he repeatedly tried to convince Luffy to join the Beasts Pirates, and will personally ask his captain to pardon him for his crimes if he does, despite Luffy's openly rebellious attitude towards Kaido and his crew. Queen was impressed that Luffy was able to use Haoshoku Haki. Queen later became murderous towards Luffy after Kid and Killer were brought back. He also spoke derisively to him after the latter tried to attack him.

King
King the Conflagration is an All-Star of the Beasts Pirates and one of Kaido's three right-hand men, the Disasters. King is an extremely tall and large man, appearing to stand taller than the very large Jack. He wears mostly dark clothes that completely cover his body, including a mask over his face and a spiked hat with goggles on it. He wears a buttoned jacket studded with small circles that has skull designs on its collars, pants with studded rings around them, and gloves with small spikes at the forearm. The jacket also has medium spikes coming off the shoulders. He also has a pair of large dark wings on his back resembling angel wings. Flames also appear to be emitting from the back of his head.
Like Queen, King is extremely rude and critical of his crewmates, as he constantly derided the accomplishments of Queen and Jack. However, despite their rivalry, he and Queen seem to have a mutual sense of disdain towards Jack. According to Queen, King is a pervert who loves torture. He shows initiative, keeping Big Mom and her crew from entering Wano after the Beasts Pirates grunts failed to stop them. King is extremely rude toward his crewmates, but his subordinates are loyal to him.
As one of Kaido's three right hand men, Kaido has great trust in him and his powers. In turn, King is very loyal to Kaido and willing to execute missions that are given to him. When Big Mom and her children arrive at Wano Country, King attacked and knocked her ship into the sea because of Kaido's orders. King and his fellow All-Star, Queen, have a rivalry with each other, but they share a mutual sense of disdain toward their fellow All-Star, Jack. Despite being a fellow All-Star, King seems to view Jack as incompetent as shown when he scolds him for the low offerings of the region he's in charge of. As an All-Star of the Beasts Pirates, King has a great amount of authority over the crew, second only to Kaido. Befitting his epithet, King is able to produce fire in his human and pteranodon forms.
King ate the Ryu Ryu no Mi, Model: Pteranodon, an Ancient Zoan Devil Fruit that allows him to transform into a pteranodon hybrid and full pteranodon at will. This fruit gives him the ability of flight, and he can perform extremely powerful aerial attacks from mid air as shown when he toppled the Queen Mama Chanter, a gigantic ship, with enough force to throw Big Mom off. Twenty years ago, King, Queen, and Jack were present when Kaido set Oden Castle ablaze in order to kill the Kozuki Family. On Onigashima, King reprimanded his fellow All-Star Jack for what had happened with the low amount of offerings from Kuri, and then asked him if he knew where to go for their next trade deal now that they could not rely on Doflamingo. While discussing it, he pointed at Queen and mentioned how Queen was already incompetent, causing the two of them to engage in an argument.
When the Big Mom Pirates attempted to climb the waterfall around Wano Country on the Queen Mama Chanter and were just about to reach the top, King flew in and attacked, causing the ship to flip over and sending Big Mom into the sea below.
